Scooby's Snapshot Saturday #1

Hi ev-furry one! My name is Scooby Doo and my sister Suzi said I can post on her blog ev-furry Saturday from now on. I think it's because she is getting on a bit and can't post 7 days a week anymore so she is sharing her blog with me and my sister Tahlia.
So without further a-DOO (BOL), that was my first joke, did you like it? Anyway, without further a-DOO... My first Snapshot Saturday.

This is me with my favorite toy, my hot dog. I got it for my birthday last year. I had a Scooby Doo Mystery Party. It was fun. Lots of people came to my house and played a Mystery Game because I had been DOG-napped and they had to find me from clues. I got lots of presents too :) I think I might make that my next Snapshot Saturday post... The photos from my Birthday Party! What do you think?

Tahlia Takes Over Thursdays!

Hello Suzuki's furry friends. Tahlia aka T-Bone here and guess what... Tahlia is Taking over Thursdays. No more Thursday dribble from the pudgey one.
First up, Mum has told me that if I wont give Suzi the computer back then I have to tell you that the voting for Mummy Makes It Mondays was really close this week and The New Bark Cheesecake won by 2 votes! Because it was such a close race, Mummy also asked me to tell you that the week after will be Fruity Furballs.
Secondly, since I have claimed a day to myself, Mummy said it is only fair that Scooby gets a day to post what he wants too. The dumb dumb has decided that he wants his day to be Scooby's Snapshot Saturday. It will involve the dumb dumb posting random snapshots from the past, really clever huh? But it keeps him out of my way for a few hours while he tries to work the computer.
Thirdly, quite a few of your commented on pudgey's Wordless Wednesday photo. The photo was taken 2 Christmas' ago and pudge guts was crabby because I had my photo shoot first and she knew she wouldn't get as good a photo as I did.

Lastly... Bones Out.

3. Fruity Furballs
Leave me a comment with your preference and I'll pass it on to Mummy.

Honest Scrap TAG

Ludo tagged me with this pawsome award! How furry cool :)
"When accepting this auspicious award, you must write a post bragging about it, including the name of the misguided soul who thinks you deserve such acclaim, and link back to said person so everyone knows he or she is real. Choose a minimum of 7 blogs that you find brilliant in content or design. Or improvise by including bloggers who have no idea who you are because you don’t have 7 friends. Show the 7 random victims’ names and links and leave a harassing comment informing them that they were prized with “Honest Weblog”. Well, there’s no prize, but they can keep the nifty icon. List at least ten honest things about yourself. Then, pass it on!"
1. I really can boogey board by myself. I just need help to get onto the board.
2. If Mum and Dad let us have access to inside when they are not home, I jump the baby gate to get into the lounge room and leave them puddles just for the hell of it.
3. I don't like ANYBODY touching my paws.
4. I am not really vo-lup-chew-us like Mum says... I'm overweight :(
5. The only way I will have my toofies cleaned is if the vet knocks me out.
6. Same goes for having my nails clipped :)
7. I miss my brother Jerry every day :(
8. I know who Bark Kent REALLY is ;)
9. Mum and Dad brought us a new kennel for Christmas and I pretended to like it but once it went outside, I have never set a paw in it.
10. I LOVVVVEEEE Chocolate, but Mum wont let me have it anymore :(
11. I love having my photo taken and can smile on command.
12. I lick the WHOLE bedroom carpet every night before going to bed.

Don't forget to check back tomorrow for Mummy Makes It Mondays. Pasta Bark Slice is on the menu.

Working with the Snuggle Puggle #2

Hello loyal readers, Bark Kent here. It appears everybody's favorite Puggle has had a health scare. While snuggling with his Mummy, a small lump became apparent on Eduardo's leg. His concerned Mummy apparently "freaked out" and could not be calmed down. The famous Snuggle Puggle does not seem concerned by the lump and remains optimistic. Fur the full story please click here. In next weeks edition of the Daily Litterbox Liner, we have a special treat fur you. Until next time, this is Bark Kent signing out.

Are they ready yet Mum?

Bone Appetite!

Happy Valentines Day!

Happy Valentines Day my furry friends! Check out my cool Valentines card from Addie & Lucie! Thank you furry much, you guys rock! Mummy & Daddy decided not to exchange gifts this year, instead they donated their money to Dogs Victoria to help the furry critters and their hoomans affected by the Victorian Bushfires. Mum did make Dad breakfast in bed this morning though. He had bacon, eggs, hotcakes, toast & strawberry milk. I prefer it when Mum makes breakfast because we always get some bacon and eggs too :D Dad thinks he is getting spoiled by staying in bed to eat , but really Mum just doesn't want him to see that we get the same breakfast BOL. Anyways, I hope you all have a furtastic Valentines Day! This year I'm choosing to send my love to all the furry critters and their hoomans in Victoria.

Barkin' with Bones - Lazy Friday & Sam Koala Update

Hi everyone. Tahlia here. First of all, Suzuki the Pudgey Muffin has asked me to post a link to a Sam & Bob Update. There is also a cute little video. Just click here. But not until you read about me :D BOL.
Mum has a day off today so I'm having a lazy friday with Mum.

It's hot so I made her turn on the fan.
In exchange, she made me promise that I had to remind everyone to pop by Dogs Victoria if they can help the furry critters and their hoomans affected by the Australian Bushfires.
So if you can help, please click here. So far they have raised $60,131.22 Thank you to those of you who have already stopped by.

OK, Now you can go check on Sam & Bob. Bones out.

Sam the koala is in love!

So many of you have shown such an interest in Sam the Koala that I (by force of Mummy) have decided to post an update. She is currently staying at a Wildlife Shelter. She is doing well and her burns should take about 7-8 months to heal. The furry exciting news is SAM HAS MET A BOY! She has befriended a koala named Bob who was rescued 2 days earlier than Sam. Bob has also suffered third degree burns to 3 of his paws but should be well enough to be returned to the bush in 4 months. But will he want to leave his new friend? Sam and Bob have been seen hugging and apparently have become quite good friends. For the full koala love story, please click here.

Thank you Ludo & Mum

My family and I would like to take a moment to thank Ludo and his Mum for doing a post for Jimmy Rabbit at a very special website called Rabbits United. Jimmy Rabbit will now be included in the candle ceremony next month. Thank you very much xxx

Sam the Koala survives the bushfires

Sam the Koala survived the bushfires and made world headlines. You can view the video footage here.

The following was taken from an interview with the hooman in the picture...

He said he was in the middle of backburning at Mirboo North when he saw the stricken koala. "I could see she had sore feet and was in trouble, so I pulled over the fire truck. She just plonked herself down, as if to say 'I'm beat'," he said."I offered her a drink and she drank three bottles."The most amazing part was when she grabbed my hand. I will never forget that."Mr Tree and his brigade then received an emergency call-out to save a house, but minutes later Sam was picked up by wildlife carers. She is one of 22 koalas, 14 ringtail possums, several wallabies and eastern grey kangaroos that have been handed into Gippsland carers.

I hope you enjoy this story as much as my Mummy did.
